George Allen Ruth, Of West Chester, PA, formerly of North Wilmington, DE, passed away on April 2, 2017 at the age of 82. HE was a former teacher at Claymont High School and Mount Pleasant High School. He is survived by his loving wife Deborah (nee Kaufman) Ruth and many friends.
