It was heartwarming to read all about John's life. Quite a memorable man who really
demonstrated what it means to be a caring human being, a true gentleman. I have fond memories of he and I sharing jokes! I know he was a wonderful father, grandfather, and great-grandfather as well as friend to all. We will keep him in our prayers and hope your memories with ease the burden of losing such a great man!

An absolutely great man and even greater, very skilled surgeon. Dr. Dzwonczyk reprersents an era of Medical care and mentorship at it's best. The list of Doctors he trained and patients lives saved is huge! God bless John Dzwonczyk and his entire family he so loved. Tim Hayes

Dr. Dzwonczyk was a fabulous doctor and a caring individual. He saved my sons life because he listened .My son was treated for seven weeks for stomach problems and he was the only one that listened to my plea to help him. He operated and found a gangrenous appendix about ready to burst. I hope the family knows how many people he helped. After the surgery he thanked me for insisting on exploratory surgery and that he believes in a mothers intuition.

Rest in peace Dr. Dwonczyk. You were a caring and skilled surgeon but more than that you were gentleman who was devoted to family, Faith and patients. Indeed it was a privilege to work with you during my time at Fitz.
