William Kassabian, Jr. age 57, passed away suddenly on October 6, 2020. He was born on April 4, 1963 in Philadelphia, PA. He graduated from Upper Darby High School and remained a resident of Delaware County for many years. Any given day he could be found helping someone. From broken down bicycles of neighborhood kids to malfunctioning appliances and vehicle issues of local residents; he was known for fixing any and all problems to make somebody’s day a little easier. Although helping others was a hobby to him, his true happiness came from spending time with his five sons Billy, Pat, Sam, Tom, & Joe. Nothing was more important to him than his sons and he loved them more than anything in the world. Everybody who knew him understood that his purpose in life was making sure his sons were happy. He firmly believed that his accomplishments could only be defined by his sons’ achievements. Aside from being the greatest Dad in the world, he was an irreplaceable son to his parents William & Marie, loving older brother to his sisters Ann (Michael) & Terri, and caring uncle to Kaitlin, Melanie, & Ashley. In his free time, William enjoyed playing pool, classic rock and roll music, and listening to the Gospel of Jesus Christ. He loved dogs, motorcycles and salt water beaches. Always an optimist, he frequently shared that every day was his birthday. He was incredibly persistent yet a true free spirit. The world needs more people like William Kassabian. He will be deeply missed and never forgotten.
Relatives and friends are invited to his Funeral Service Friday, October 16, 2020 between 12:30PM and 2:00PM at Logan Funeral Home, 57 South Eagle Rd, Havertown, PA 19083.
