William Dreger

William "Billy" Dreger, of Philadelphia, PA passed suddenly on January 13, 2022 at the age of 47. Billy is survived by his sisters Jacquelyn (John) Coen and Beth-Ann (Franny) Murray. his nephew and nieces Michael (Lea) McLaughlin, Robert Natale, Taylor Coen, Anthony Natale, John Coen, Nicolette Murray and Matthew Coen. His great neieces and nephews, Brayden Coen, Alexa Coen, Myla McLaughin and Carson Coen.
Billy is pre-deceased by his parents John "Jackie" and Joanne Dreger, his grandparents Bonnie and Joseph Fitzsimmons, Robert T. Dreger Sr and Patricia R. Schweigart, his sister Joanne "Bunny-Lynn" Fitzsimmons.  Also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, family and friends.

Relatives and friends are invited to a Visitation 10:30 - 11:00 AM Friday, January 28, 2022 at Our House Ministry, 1441 S. 29th Street, Philadelphia, PA  19146 followed by a Funeral Service at 11:00 AM.
