In Loving Memory of Vithya (Vit) Peou
It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Vithya Peou, who left us on February 20, 2025, at the age of 70. Vithya is survived by his wife, Chantal; his children, Davy, Kenny, and Noemie; his daughters-in-law, Janel and Carmen; his grandchildren, Ori, Eder, and Lila; and his 4 sisters.
An international trailblazer, Vithya established roots in Cambodia, France, Canada, and the United States. He finally settled in Exton, Pennsylvania, where he and Chantal raised their 3 kids. Vithya devoted nearly 20 years of his life to the Federal Reserve Bank of Philadelphia, where his contributions were valued and celebrated.
Vithya was a beacon of wisdom and strength for those closest to him. Always seeking to put smiles on faces, he never missed an opportunity to crack a joke. He was a loving and dedicated husband and father who always made sure his family was happy, healthy, and taken care of—right until the end.
The presence of his grandchildren brought him immeasurable joy. Even as he grew weary, the sight of his newborn granddaughter’s face would fill him with life.
Although his absence will be loud, our profound love for Vithya will keep his memory alive.
A celebration of life will be held for Vithya on Monday, February 24, 2025 at Logan Funeral Home, 392 Lancaster Ave, Malvern, PA 19355. Visitation will begin at 1 pm. Funeral service will begin at 2:00 pm. Final goodbyes will be privately held later in the day.
Donations to Penn Lung Cancer research fund can be made in lieu of flowers in memory of Vithya.
