Vincent William DiGregorio, 99, of Exton, Pennsylvania, passed away peacefully on January 22, 2025, just months shy of his 100th birthday. Born in Philadelphia on July 21, 1925 to parents Paris and Elisa DiGregorio, Vincent was one of nine siblings. He is survived by Anthony DiGregorio and preceded in death by Angelina, Dominic, Bart, Edward, Mary, Elizabeth, and John. He proudly served his country in the United States Army during World War II. Following his military service, Vincent built a distinguished career at AT&T, where he worked for 40 years until his retirement. Vincent was a devoted family man who was blessed with two loving marriages. He was first married to Sarah (Sally), who preceded him in death in 1986. Together they raised two daughters: Deborah (Whitaker), married to Frank, and Beth Ann (Brookhouser), married to Michael. His second marriage was to Josephine (Joann), who passed away in 2015. Vincent took great pride in his role as grandfather to 15 grandchildren and great-grandfather to 14 great-grandchildren. Known for his extraordinarily caring nature, he was affectionately "Pop" not just to his own grandchildren, but to everyone who knew him, embodying the role with warmth and generosity that touched countless lives. A man of deep faith and community service, Vincent was a dedicated member of SS. Philip and James Parish in Exton. His commitment to spreading the Catholic faith led him to serve in the Kairos Prison Ministry and Cursillo, touching many lives through his volunteer work. He was an active member of the Knights of Columbus and devoted his time to Meals on Wheels, embodying the spirit of service to others. Vincent embraced life's pleasures through his passion for golf and bowling, activities he enjoyed throughout his retirement years. A devoted Philadelphia sports fan, he was an enthusiastic supporter of the Philadelphia Phillies, Eagles, and Flyers, as well as Villanova basketball and Penn State football. He shared his passion for these teams with family and friends through the years. His love for sports was matched only by his dedication to his faith and family. [Funeral/Memorial service details to be added] In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the Ronald McDonald House .
