Sue DeHart Obituary

The world lost a wonderful woman on January 30, 2022. Sue Carol Miller Wilson DeHart was 79 when she made her final journey to heaven.

 

Born in the small town of St, Mary’s, Ohio on September 7,1942, Sue was the daughter of the late Norman Belville and Mary Etta (nee Rupert) Miller. 

 

She attended Memorial High School.

 

Meeting Dennis Wilson in the early 1960’s brought her to Pennsylvania, where they married. They first lived in Paoli, then moved to West Chester. They had three daughters.

 

Her various careers included: an exciting experience in modeling,  a partner in an antique store, in West Chester, PA. and worked in the accounting department at Wyeth/Ayerst in Devon, PA, where she met her second husband, Gilbert DeHart (Skip).

 

Her passions included: interior design, gardening, traveling, animals, art, music, walking, the Main Line Sports Car Club, bike riding, and having a good time.

 

She leaves behind her beloved husband, Gilbert H. DeHart, her daughters: Denise Wilson Blake (Ed), Danielle Wilson, Susan Wilson Burger (Walt), and her grandchildren: Alexa, Grady, Isaac, and Brynlee. She also leaves behind her brothers: Norman Miller (Jewel), Robert Miller (Lillie), Ron MIller (Sandi), and many nieces and nephews.

 

A celebration of life will be held on June 10, 2022, at 3:00 p.m.
