Sophie McNellis

Sofie Theresa McNellis passed away on July 20, 2025 , at the age of 81. .Sofie truly knew that it was more blessed to give than to receive.  Her radiant smile lit up any room she entered. She enjoyed going out to dinner, the beach at Cape May, cooking traditional Italian dishes and writing. She lived life to the fullest and especially loved spending time with her family, friends, and loved ones'.

Although Sofie is gone, she will live in our hearts forever.She is survived by her brother  Amedeo Carusi and his children, Bridget, Nick and Mike. Preceded in death by her husband William McNellis.and her parents Nick Carusi and Jean Pagano.

Visitation will be held Saturday July 26 at 10:30 am  and a Celebration of her Funeral Mass  at 11:30am   at Saint Partick's Church in Malvern, Pa. Burial Sevice will follow at St. Peter and Paul's Cemetary.
