Robert M. Savill, III

Robert M. Savill, III passed away on March 14, 2021 at the age of 53. He lived his life in the West Chester, PA area. He was a graduate of Henderson High School, where he played trombone, excelling at both District and Regional bands.  He achieved a Bachelor of Science from Pennsylvania State University. Rob enjoyed his challenging career in the environmental industry, which evolved from a field scientist in a consulting firm to AVP of Environmental Insurance for Ace Insurance (Chubb).

Rob is survived by his loving partner, Connie Clifton;  parents Elizabeth and Robert Jr.;  brother Andrew (Tami Knopp); sister Emily; and nephew Maxwell as well as numerous extended family and friends.

Rob loved spending time with his family and friends, including watching sports, cooking, dining, outdoor projects, and traveling. His interests included music, movies, documentaries, reading, and spending time in Ocean City, MD.

Rob will be remembered for his devotion to Connie and his family, his dry sense of humor and his strong, kind spirit.  He loved to laugh.  Rob will be deeply missed by all.

Visitation with family and friends will be held on Monday, March 22, 2021 from 10:00-10:45 am. followed by a Mass of Christian Burial beginning at 11:00 am, all being held within SS Philip and James Church, 107 N. Ship Road, Exton, PA 19341.  Interment private at the convenience of the family.  In lieu of flowers, please make donations to Rob’s two favorite charities: Tunnels to Towers or Wounded Warriors.
