Robert Gerard “Bob” Frank, age 62, passed away peacefully on August 14, 2025, in Phoenixville, Pennsylvania.
Born on April 25, 1963, in Darby, Pennsylvania, Bob was the beloved son of Mariel (née Haggerty) and Donald Frank. After honorably serving his country in the United States Army, he dedicated his career to public service as a civil servant.
Bob was a devoted father to Amy and Christopher Frank, and a caring brother to Brian C. (Jeanne) Frank, Jennifer (James) McGrory, and Donald R. (Laura) Frank. One of his greatest joys was playing his guitar—whether in private moments or captivating an audience, his music spoke volumes of his spirit.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests contributions be made to the Tunnel to Towers Foundation, located at 2361 Hylan Boulevard, Staten Island, NY 10306.
A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date, where friends and loved ones will gather to honor and remember Bob’s life and legacy.
