Robert G. Brown

Robert G. Brown of Southwest Phila passed away peacefully at home surrounded by his family on August 27, 2021 at the age of 89.  US Army Veteran and retired Philadelphia Police Officer.  Beloved husband of Anna (nee O'Shea) Brown.  Loving Father of Robert (Chris), Anna (Dan) Madden, Shawn, Patrick, Margaret Drecher, Mary (Bryan) Hampshire and the late William Brown.  Also survived by 17 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren.  Brother of Henry Brown and the late Margaret McShea, William Brown, and Dorothy Sweeney.  Also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins. 

Relatives and friends are invited to a Visitation 9:30-10:45 A.M. Friday, September 3rd at Divine Mercy Church, 6667 Chester Avenue, Philadelphia, PA  19142 followed by his Funeral Mass at 11:00 A.M.  Interment Ss. Peter & Paul Cemetery, Springfield, PA  19064.
