On November 24, 2021, our loving mother Rhea Helen Loomis went to dance and sing with her Savior Jesus Christ. She was a devoted Christian, mother, homemaker, and a beautiful, loving woman. She enjoyed traveling, quilting, and being a mother and grandmother. Rhea loved everyone. Mom loved dancing, music and being a jokester. She enjoyed playing the piano and singing with the family. We think she may have collected more fabric patterns over the years than all the combined fishing lures of her sons and shoes of her daughters.
She was born in Syracuse, NY, daughter of George Counrod Roulstin and Florence Elvira Greene. Rhea is survived by her loving husband of 64 years, Perry Loomis Jr. She was a devoted mother to her children, Greg Loomis & wife Debbie of Watertown, MN, Pamela Dinan & husband Dave of Bryn Mawr, PA, Jeff Loomis & wife Sherri of Martins Corner, PA, Steve Loomis & wife Katie of Douglassville, PA, Julie Porter & husband Andy of Wake Forest, NC & Deb Ervine of Brandamore, PA. She is also survived by 16 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren. She will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved her.
