PATRICIA “NANNY PAT”

(NEE POWERS)

Age 80, passed away peacefully on March 2, 2021, with her loving family by her side. Loving mother of Harry (Charlotte), Stephen (Vicki), Paul (Sherry), Amy Johnson (Bill), Craig (Barb), and Andrew (Teresa).  Loving Nanny Pat of Jaclyn (Chris), Jenna, Megan, Billy, Tyler, Abbey, Justin, Jake, Jill, Austin, Dylan, Brianna, Stephen, and great-grandchildren Nicholas and Reilly.  Also survived by her loving sister Mary Ann Dougherty. Preceded in death by husband Harry A. Bush, Jr., grandson baby Paul, parents John and Eleanor Powers, and brothers Jack and Mike Powers. Born and raised in Philadelphia, Pat graduated from West Catholic Girls High School.  She raised her family in Upper Darby as a member of St. Laurence Parish, and later moved to Drexel Hill.  Pat will always be remembered for her hospitality, whether it was hosting and cooking for everyone in her home on Keystone Ave., or serving her many friends and customers at Anthony’s Restaurant, where she retired at age 65.  She was a tremendous cook, artist, and confidante, but most of all she will be remembered for her loving devotion to her family, and her fierce spirit and strong will until her very last breath. 

Relatives and friends are invited to visit the family on Tuesday, March 9 from 9:30-11:00 am at Logan-Videon Funeral Home in Broomall, PA. Service and interment is private.
