Pamela “Pammy” Biester, born November 21, 1953, in San Diego, California, passed away on March 27, 2026, in Bryn Mawr, Pennsylvania, and will be remembered with deep love as a kind, selfless, and courageous woman whose life was devoted to her family, her faith, and the many people she helped along the way.
Pam was the beloved daughter of the late Jerry and Elaine (nee Norris) Suggs. She was a loving and proud mother to Kelly Biester and Jill Werner Lummus and the late Lindsay Biester, and she carried all of her daughters in her heart every day of her life. Pam was reunited with her daughter Lindsay and her loving husband, Kevin Biester, whom she cherished deeply. She was the adoring grandmother of Brooke, and nothing brought her more joy than watching Brooke grow up. Brooke was the light of her life, and Pam treasured every moment she spent watching her granddaughter grow into the beautiful person she is today.
Pam was a loving sister to Susan and the late Julie Suggs, and she held a special place in the hearts of her brothers-in-law, Louis (Karen) Biester and Larry (Rose) Biester. She was also a loving aunt to Taylor Henson, Carly Bradford, Allie Stevens, Louis Biester, Catie McCann, and Stephanie Trost, and she embraced her great-nieces and nephews, Adrianna, Matthew, Amber, Taylor, Tanner, Ethan, Matthew, Spencer, and Liam, with warmth and affection. Her family also remembers her favorite puppy, Lucas, who brought her great comfort and joy. In addition to her immediate and extended family, Pam was blessed with many “bonus children” over the years through the lifelong friendships of her daughters, and she welcomed them into her heart as if they were her own.
Pam lived her life guided by compassion and generosity. She was known for helping anyone she could, often saying, “If I have it, I’m going to give it.” Those words reflected the way she lived every day. She gave freely of her time, her love, and her spirit, and she asked for little in return. Her kindness was not limited to grand gestures, but was shown in the steady, thoughtful ways she cared for others, offered encouragement, and made people feel seen and valued.
Pam’s life was a beautiful example of devotion and resilience. She faced life’s joys and hardships with grace, and she remained steadfast in her love for her family through every season. Her presence brought comfort, laughter, and strength to those around her. She had a gentle way of making others feel welcome, and her selfless nature left a lasting impression on everyone fortunate enough to know her. She will be remembered for her warm heart, her giving spirit, and the deep love she carried for her children, granddaughter, siblings, extended family, and friends.
Though her absence leaves a profound void, Pam’s legacy lives on in the lives she touched and the values she passed down. Her family and friends will forever remember her as a woman of faith, generosity, and unwavering love. The memory of her kindness, courage, and devotion will continue to guide and comfort those who loved her. Pamela Biester’s life was a gift, and her memory will be cherished always.
