Natalie Ada (Spang) Schmoyer

Natalie Ada Schmoyer (nee Spang), 77, of West Chester, PA, peacefully passed away with her daughters by her side on Saturday, March 1, 2025.

She was the daughter of the late Clemens and Rita (nee Carty) Spang.

Natalie is survived by her daughters, Holly Herbener (Carey Rumpf) and Hadley Zinck (Kevin); grandchildren, to whom she was known as “Nana”, Lila, Mitchell, and Madelyn; siblings, Cynthia Kipp, Carl Spang, and Hollis Taylor; and many nieces and nephews.

Natalie was a devoted mother, grandmother, sister, and friend. Her love language was baking. If you had a bad day, a good day, a celebration, or needed a pick me up, she was there with a treat. She dedicated her life to making a difference for others. From her time as a Vista Volunteer to her political activism, she never lost hope for a better future. Her warmth and kindness will be missed by many. 

A celebration of Natalie's life will be held on Saturday, March 22, 2025, from 10:00 am to 12:00 noon, at Logan Funeral Home, 698 East Lincoln Highway, Exton, PA 19341.

In lieu of flowers, donations should be made in Natalie’s memory to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital online or by mail at 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
