Michael A. Sheeran

Michael A. Sheeran, "Buddy Boy", of Grays Ferry, formerly of SW Phila, passed away on May 30, 2022 at the age of 64 surrounded by his loving family and friends.  Son of the late Charles "John Silvers" and Dorothy (nee Brennan) Sheeran.  Member of the Upper Darby Boxing Hall of Fame.  Loved listening to Lynyrd Skynyrd while drinking his Schmidts sitting outside on his beach chair and greeting people by calling them "soldier'.

Beloved Husband of Gayle (nee McGuire) Dickinson.  Loving Father of Shana (Rob) Dupoldt, Seamus Sheeran and the late Sean Sheeran.  Stepfather of Robert Mulholland, Martha Nies, Michael Dickinson, Jr. and Tyler Dickinson.  Grandfather of Bailey Rose, Ava, Amaya, Kayla, and Maxwell.  Brother of Jackie (Lenny) Polidor, John, Stevie (Kellie), Joyce Ann (Rick) Cairo, Eddie and the late Dorothy, Diane Mitchell, and Kimmi Sheeran.  Also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.

Relatives and friends are invited to his Funeral Mass 11:00 A.M. Monday, June 6th at St. Gabriel's Church, 29th & Dickinson Streets, Philadelphia, PA  19146 where friends may call 9:30-10:45 A.M. at the Church.  Interment Saints Peter & Paul Cemetery, Springfield, PA  19064.
