It is with great love and deep sadness that we announce the passing on November 9, 2025 of Michael Anthony Diienno, age 66, devoted husband, father, and grandfather. Michael was the loving husband of 47 years to Mary Ann Diienno (Brennan), and together they built a beautiful life filled with love, laughter, and family.
Mike was the proud and loving father of Michael (Jessica), Beth Ann, and Nichole, and an adoring grandfather to Tyler, Michael, Anthony, Abby, and Ellie—as well as a cherished companion to his beloved “furbabys,” Scooby and Thomas. Michael is lovingly remembered by his brother Jack (Dot), and sisters Debbie Stango (Bob) and Dale Wintemberg (Scott), and sister-in-law, Joan, and many nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his mother Margaret, his father William, and his brother Bill, all of whom he now joins in eternal rest.
A dedicated member of the community, Mike Sr proudly served as a 50-year member and Past President of the Yeadon Fire Company, where his leadership, commitment, and service left a lasting legacy. Professionally, he was a long-time and valued team member at Pacifico Ford, where he was known for his hard work, humor, and friendship.
Mike loved coaching youth sports, sharing his passion and guidance with countless young athletes over the years. A lifelong Eagles and Phillies fan, he never missed a chance to cheer on his hometown teams. Summers down the Jersey Shore brought him great joy, as did his many hobbies—bowling, golfing, woodworking, and Friday night poker games with friends.
Mike will be deeply missed by his family, friends, and all who had the privilege of knowing him. His warmth, humor, and generous spirit will live on in the hearts of those he loved.
Relatives and friends are invited to a Visitation 9-11:00 A.M. Thursday, November 13, 2025 at the Logan-Videon Funeral Home, 2001 Sproul Road, Broomall, PA 19008 followed by his Funeral Service at 11:00 A.M. Interment immediately following at Saints Peter & Paul Cemetery, Springfield, PA 19064.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Mike’s name can be sent to the Providence Animal Center, 555 Sandy Bank Rd, Media, PA 19063.
