Kathryn Piroeff passed away peacefully at home on June 15, 2025, at the age of 88. Born on October 4, 1936, in East Greenville, PA, Kathy's life was marked by her unwavering faith, her infectious humor, and her devotion to family, work and community.
She was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and a faithful follower of Christ. Known for her gentle heart and unwavering compassion, Kathryn’s legacy is one of love, service, and quiet strength.
She began her career as a nurse, a role that reflected her deep commitment to caring for others. It was during that time that she met the love of her life, Homer. Together, they started a business where they worked side by side for 46 years, a true partnership in every sense.
Kathy is survived by her husband of 68 years, Homer, her daughter Lisa (Jack Deady), and adored grandchildren Ashley (Kyle Travaglini), Abigail Piroeff, and Allyson & Michael Deady, and the apple of her eye, great-grandchild Aubrey.
Kathy was preceded in death by her loving son Michael who she has now joined in eternal peace. Though she is no longer with us, Kathy’s love, faith, and gentle spirit will continue to live on in the hearts of all who knew her.
