Kathleen A. Crowell

Kathleen A. Crowell, 78, of Downingtown, PA, died on Saturday, January 8, 2022 after a long bout of illness.

Known as Cass to her friends and family, she was born and raised in Southwest Philadelphia and graduated from West Catholic in 1960. She was the only daughter of the late Catherine Boyce Carlin (d. 1952) and John A. Carlin (d. 1964).

Cass is survived by Paul, her devoted husband of more than 50 years, with whom she raised a family in Morton, PA, where she was a parishioner of Our Lady of Perpetual Help for more than 40 years. Cass is also survived by her son Paul G. and his wife Stephanie, and her daughter Deborah A. Litwinko and her husband Chris.

Cass was the loving grandmother to Drew Litwinko, 16 and Jason Litwinko, 12.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend her funeral mass at Our Lady of Perpetual Help church on Thursday, January 13, 2022 at 11 am.

A viewing will be held prior to mass at the church on Thursday from 10 am to 11 am.

Burial will follow at Saints Peter and Paul Cemetery in Springfield, PA.
