John Carroll "Jack" Kinsley, Jr. Obituary

John Carroll Kinsley, Jr, affectionately known as “Jack” to his friends and family, passed away to be with the Lord on April 11, 2024, at the age of 79. Born on October 26, 1944, in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, Jack's warm and ever-present smile became a hallmark of his character throughout his life.

Jack's early years were marked by service to his country as a member of the Air Force Air National Guard, instilling in him values of discipline and camaraderie that would shape his future endeavors. He later brought his strong work ethic to the Philadelphia Electric Company before his entrepreneurial spirit led him to the automotive industry. With a natural flair for communication, Jack found his niche in sales and public speaking, captivating audiences with his wit and wisdom. His passion for fostering community connections eventually led him to dedicate many of his later years to the Delaware County Chamber of Commerce, where he was regarded as a mentor and a friend to many.

Outside of his professional life, Jack was a man of varied interests including, music, dancing, cooking, and reading. Jack was very active in Toastmasters International as he volunteered much of his time perfecting the art of speaking, collaborating with other members. But above all, his greatest joy was found time dedicated to his children and beloved grandchildren, whom he loved unconditionally.  Described as funny, selfless, simple, and loving, Jack brought laughter and kindness into every place he entered.

He is survived by his cherished daughter, Tracey (Kinsley) Breinich and her husband Tom, along with their children Payton(20), Paige(16), and Tessa(5); and his son, Stephen Kinsley and his wife Shannan, with their children Alexandra(23) and Cooper Kinsley(20) as well as his sister Bonnie Henzel and brother-in-law, Russell. He also is survived by several cousins who have been instrumental to him throughout his life. Jack's legacy continues in the lives he touched, the family he adored, and the community he helped shape.

As we say farewell to Jack, we are confident that we will meet again in heaven as he rests with Jesus. His spirit will remain a guiding light. The echoes of his laughter and humor will resonate for generations. His unwavering commitment to his family has left a legacy that will press onward forever. His footprints will be etched in the hearts of all who knew him.
