Joan (O'Flaherty) Smyth

Joan Smyth, age 87, of Havertown, PA  formerly of Overbrook Park and County Kerry, Ireland passed on February 16, 2025.

Worked at the Merion Cricket Club for 35 years.  

Devoted wife of the late Liam Smyth.  Loving Mother of Anne Marie, Patrick (Genna), Sean, and Michael Smyth.  Grandmother of Anna, Liam, and Frances.  Loving sister of Nora Lynch, Sr. Peg O'Flaherty, Julia "Sheila" Vitale, the late Mary Foley, Michael O'Flaherty, Sr. Evelyn O'Flaherty, Sr. Eileen O'Flaherty, and Betty Groenewegen.  

Relatives and friends are invited to a Visitation/Viewing 6-8:00 P.M. Friday, February 21, 2025 at Logan-Videon Funeral Home, 2001 Sproul Road, Broomall, PA  19008 AND Saturday, February 22, 2025 8:30-9:45 A.M. at Annunciation, BVM Church, 401 Brookline Boulevard, Havertown, PA  19083 followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 A.M.   Interment immediately following at Saints Peter & Paul Cemetery, Springfield, PA  19064.
