Jo Dulcine Makowski

Jo Dulcine Makowski, of Exton Pa, daughter of Jerome and Dolores (Breski) Makowski, passed away suddenly at home, August 2 2022. She was born July 26, 1957. Jo graduated from Roger Williams University, R.I. and Immaculata College, Malvern PA. She taught English for several years at Pope Pius X in Pottstown and was an administrative assistant in the Tredyffrin-Easttown School District before retiring to care for her elderly parents. She was a devoted daughter and cherished sister, a walking ,talking little rainbow, loved by all she met, human and animal. She volunteered many years at Camilla Hall and was a member of Sts. Philip and James Catholic Church from the day she was born. Jo is survived by her beloved cats, Matisse and Cezanne, brothers Bob and wife Cherie, nieces Samantha, Alexandra, and Chloe, nephew Morgan, her Aunt Phyllis Albany and Uncle Bill Makowski and many cousins. She was predeceased by her parents and sister Pamela. A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date. Donations in Jo's memory may be made to the Brandywine Valley SPCA.
