Janet MacIntyre
Obituary
Janet MacIntyre (nee Brookman), 89 of Broomall, PA, passed away on Thursday, November 24, 2022.
She was the daughter of the late Harry and Gertrude Brookman, wife to the late Hugh “Mac” MacIntyre, mother to the late Paul MacIntyre and Emily MacIntyre, and mother-in-law to the late Robert Dohrn. Janet was also preceded by her very dear friend, Jean Chapin.
She is survived by her daughter: Gail Dohrn; sister: Joan Gardner; nieces: Pamela, Susan, Alison, Beth, and Linda; nephews: Alan, Stephen, David, and Donald, and many great nieces and great nephews.
Janet formed many strong friendships over the years with her church family at St. Mark’s United Methodist Church in Broomall.
A celebration of life service will be held on Saturday, December 10, 2022, at 10:00 am, at St. Mark’s United Methodist Church, located at 2220 South Sproul Road, Broomall, PA 19008.
Burial will be private.
In lieu of flowers, donations and memorial contributions can be made in Janet’s name to St. Mark’s United Methodist Church.
