Obituary
Francis J. Ruggear, 71, of Havertown, PA, passed away on Saturday, May 20, 2023.
Frank was the son of the late Francis J. and Helen (nee Gorman) Ruggear, and brother of the late Eileen Testa.
Survivors: His siblings: Kathy Ruggear, Susie Ruggear, and Joe Ruggear (Pam); nephew: Ed Quintus (Lisa), nieces: Debbie Yost (Ed) and Christine Lynch (Wil); several great nieces and nephew; and brother-in-law Charles Testa; and many very close life-long friends from throughout his life.
Frank was an accountant and CPA. He developed many close relationships with his clients over the years.
Visitation: Wednesday, May 24, 2023, from 3:00-4:30 pm, at Logan-Videon Funeral Home, 2001 Sproul Road, Broomall, PA 19008.
Funeral Liturgy: Wednesday, May 24, 2023, at 4:30 pm, at Logan-Videon Funeral Home
Burial: Private.
