Frank Milotich, 82, of Broomall, passed away on December 18, 2025. He was the widower of Carole (Rapattoni) Milotich. Born in Philadelphia, he was the fourth child of Anthony and Anna Milotich. As a boy, he developed a lifelong love of nature while exploring the hills and forests of rural Pennsylvania and camping with his family. Frank earned a bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering from Drexel University and a master’s degree in aerospace engineering from Purdue University. He worked as an environmental engineer at Scott Paper Corporation and was also an active real estate investor. When he wasn’t working, he could often be found tapping his foot at live bluegrass music venues. A passionate skier, he continued to hit the slopes into his 80s.
Frank is survived by his sons Christopher Milotich (husband of Kathy Crowers-Milotich) and Mark Milotich (husband of Ute Milotich); his grandchildren Arizona, Chase, and Ana Milotich; and his siblings Nives Milotich, Al Milotich, and Peg Martin. He was predeceased by his son Andrew Milotich.
Visitation with family and friends will be held on Saturday, January 3, 2026, from 9:00 to 10:00 a.m., followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 a.m., at St. Pius X Church, 220 Laurence Road, Broomall, PA 19008. Inurnment will follow at Saints Peter and Paul Cemetery, Springfield.
