Eugene "Gene" W. Archambault, Sr.

Eugene W. Archambault, Sr., “Gene”, 84, of West Chester, PA, passed away on Monday, May 15, 2023.

Gene was husband of the late Kathleen Ann (nee Costello) Archambault, son of the late Lucien and Mary (nee Gorman) Archambault, father-in-law to the late Daniel J. Logue, and grandfather to the late J.C. Flynn.

Gene is survived by his children: Kathleen Flynn, Eugene W. Archambault, Jr. (Veronica), Michelle Logue, and Robert Archambault (Diane); grandchildren: Danielle (Vincent), Kelly, Robert, Vincent, Victoria, Brian, Jessica, William, Dominic, Emily, Nicholas, Daniel, and Matthew; great-grandchildren: Vera, Hazel, and Camille; brother: David Archambault; and numerous cousins, nieces and nephews.

The most important thing to Gene was his family. He was a beloved Husband, Father, G-Pop, Great-Grandpop and a loyal friend to many.  He served honorably in the U.S. Marine Corps and was a longtime, proud member of the International Union of Elevator Constructors Local 5. He enjoyed watching the Eagles and the Phillies, visiting the casino, his weekly poker games and was rarely beaten at Wii bowling.

Visitation: Monday, May 22, 2023, from 7:00pm - 9:00 pm, at Logan-Videon Funeral Home, 2001 Sproul Road, Broomall, PA 19008, and Tuesday, May 23, 2023, from 9:30 am - 10:45 am, at Saints Peter and Paul Parish, 1325 Boot Road, West Chester, PA 19380.

Funeral Mass: Tuesday, May 23, 2023, at 11:00 am, at Saints Peter and Paul Catholic Church

Burial: SS. Peter and Paul Cemetery, Springfield, PA

Donations may be made in Gene’s name to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
