Edmund G. Coccagna

COCCAGNA, Edmund G.  Died  September 17, 2022.   Born January 5, 1938, son of the late Guido and Yolanda Coccagna, brother of the late Francis Coccagna and former husband of the late Carol Byers Coccagna.   He grew up in Wayne, PA, later moving to Villanova, PA.   He graduated from Villanova University and the Moore School of Engineering at the University of PA as an electrical engineer.  He  spent his career in developing computers at Burroughs and Unisys,  sensors for gases, firefighter alarms and various other devices at Biomarine Industries, Rexnord and Seatronics.  Following a serious stroke, he lived at Sunrise of Haverford until his death. 

He is survived by a daughter, Carol, nieces Roberta and Grace, nephews Michael (Christina), Matthew and Nicholas.
