Diane Coyne

Diane Talmage (Hodges) Coyne, 84, passed away on December 31st at her home in Newtown Square, PA. Diane was a devoted wife, dedicated mother, and loving grandmother who took great joy in attending her children's sporting events for many years. She was a successful business owner, master bridge player, exceptional knitter, and avid sports fan—especially passionate about her Phillies. Her witty sense of humor and caring nature endeared her to all who knew her.

She is preceded in death by her sister, Barbara Jane Hodges Peters, her eldest grandchild, Geoffrey Whitfield Coyne, and her daughter-in-law, Jean McGovern Coyne.

Diane is survived by her husband George, children George Whitfield III (Judi Chambers), Robert Winchester (Beauty Melbury), Jennifer Eldridge (Bill Moran), and Steven Wyckoff (Lisa Kazanjian); sisters Doris (Ed Heiser) and Jennifer (Norm Gouveia);  eleven loving grandchildren and many beloved nieces and nephews.  

Funeral Services to be held on Friday, January 10 at Logan-Videon Funeral Home, 2001 Sproul Road in Broomall. Visitation begins at 1pm with service following at 2pm.   Luncheon to follow.
