Denise M. (DePrince) DeFino

Denise DeFino (née DePrince), age 65, of Upper Darby, PA, passed away peacefully at home surrounded by loved ones on May 14, 2023. Born in Philadelphia to the late Raymond R. DePrince and Marie (nee Craig) Candeloro (the late Joseph).  

Denise’s devotion to her family, friends, and faith were beyond incredible. She had an extraordinary ability to empathize with others, always putting their needs before her own. She had a listening ear for anyone in distress and a heart that overflowed with compassion. Denise would go to great lengths to help those in need, offering her support and love without hesitation. Her acts of selflessness touched countless lives. Let her life be an inspiration to each one of us - a reminder to love unconditionally, to give selflessly, and to live with unwavering faith at all times.

Denise is survived by the following cherished family members:  her beloved husband, Robert V. DeFino,  her children Lisa Moyer (Greg) and Robert A. DeFino; her siblings Ray DePrince (Renee), Tom DePrince (Chrissy), Bill DePrince (Maureen) and Jim DePrince (Michelle), and many nieces and nephews.  She is preceded in death by her sister, Barbara Egan (née DePrince).  

Relatives and friends are invited to her Funeral Mass at 1:00 P.M. Friday, May 19, 2023 at St. Laurence Church, 8245 West Chester Pike, Upper Darby, PA  19082 where friends may call 11:00 AM - 12:45 PM at the Church.  Interment at a later date.
