David Siravo, of Yeadon, passed away suddenly on December 19, 2022 at the age of 59. He was also known as Center City Dave to the listeners of 97.5 FM radio.
Son of the late Dominic and Elsie (nee Tarantino) Siravo. Brother of the late Gregory Siravo.
Survived by many close and loving friends.
He will be remembered for his exceptional vocabulary, and unbelievable memory, which made him a master of storytelling. It was his storytelling skills that truly set him apart and kept his friends in stitches. His ability to weave together intricate plots and characters was unmatched. He certainly left a lasting impression on all who crossed his path. He was a gifted with a sharp wit and a sharp tongue. Dave was a voracious reader, he would devour the Sunday Inquirer from top to bottom as he skipped 11am Mass.
One friend stated "I truly believe he was a savant, his memory ran long and he knew intricate details, his recall for statistics and names were flawless, almost remarkable."
Relatives and friends are invited to his Funeral Mass 11:00 A.M. Saturday, February 11, 2023 at St. Louis Church, 821 W. Cobbs Creek Parkway, Yeadon, PA 19050 where friends may call 9:30 - 10:45 A.M. at the Church. Interment Holy Cross Cemetery, Yeadon, PA.
