David B. Muncey, Sr.

David Boaz Muncey Sr, of Newtown Square PA, passed away at the age of 70 on July 26, 2021 from his battle against cancer. Dave grew up in Upper Darby PA after coming from Cambridge England in 1964 & graduated from Upper Darby High School, Class of ‘69. He was a simple man & was loved by so many. He spent his years as a general contractor, helping anyone in any way that he could. Better known as Big Dave, or even more so, Pop, his love for his grandkids outweighed just about anything in this world. Dave is survived by his wife, Linda Muncey, his sister Elizabeth “Buffy” & (Ed),  his children - David, Larry, & Kelly, his grandchildren - Alexia, Charlotte, Ryder, Paul, Paige, Aiden & Elle, & his great-grandson, Cameron.

Relatives and friends are invited to a Visitation 9:30-11:00 A.M. Wednesday, August 25, 2021 at the Logan-Videon Funeral Home, 2001 Sproul Road, Broomall, PA 19008 followed by his Funeral Service at 11:00 A.M.  Interment at a later date.
