Obituary
Cristina Mac Laughlin (nee Sherrill) passed away peacefully on the morning of May 10, 2023. A fighter from a young age, Cristina welcomed any challenge, and life gave her plenty. Cristina met death with much of the same feistiness that she showed in life, accepting final peace and rest while surrounded by her husband and children.
Cristina is survived by her soulmate of sixty years, Geoff; her sons, Geoff (Irinel) and Jamie (Carol); daughter, Jennifer (Kurt – her favorite son in law); brother, Rick (Jeanne); grandchildren, Maya (Phillipp), Madison, Julia Rose, Jamie Reileigh and Jessica Reegan and a large extended family of in laws, nieces & nephews. Cristina is pre-deceased by her mother, Joan, and father, Victor.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in her name to the Providence Animal Hospital. The family will be holding a celebration of life ceremony in the summer when all of their loved ones can be in the area together and send her off in true MacLaughlin style.
