Ann P. (Granato) Zechman

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Ann P. Zechman (née Granato) on January 22, 2025, at the age of 71. Ann was born on February 10, 1953, and lived a life full of love, kindness, and devotion to her family and friends.

Ann was the cherished mother of Paul, Melissa, and Beth, and the proud grandmother of Shawn, Briana, and Justin. Her love extended even further to her great-grandchildren Alyia, Alivia, and Amara, who brought her immense joy. She shared a special bond with her beloved sister, Lisa McCardle (Larry), her niece Erin McCardle, and her loving cousins. Ann was also the devoted companion of Melvin Pitts, with whom she shared many wonderful years.

Ann’s life was one of generosity and compassion. She was a friend to all who knew her, with a warm heart and a kind spirit that will be greatly missed.

Family and friends are invited to honor Ann’s life at her memorial service, which will take place at Logan-Videon Funeral Home, 2001 Sproul Road, Broomall, PA 19008, on Thursday, January 30, 2025, from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM, followed by a private family interment at St. Peter and Paul Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations be made in Ann’s memory to the ASPCA, reflecting her lifelong dedication to the well-being of animals.

Ann will forever remain in the hearts of those who loved her. May her soul rest in eternal peace
