Angelina Marie Porreca

  Angelina Porreca, was a long-time resident of Philadelphia until her passing on May 5th just one month before her 93rd birthday. At which time, she was surrounded by her children and grandchildren.

Angie lived with her family in South Philadelphia until the age of 18 when she met and eloped with her first love Anthony. She had a wonderful life with him for 48 years. They moved to Southwest Philadelphia where she raised her three children. She was a devoted mother and wife. Years later Angie was blessed to have met Joe and life with him was carefree. Together they enjoyed dancing, traveling and just having fun until his passing.

Angie's most favorite thing to do was bake. The funny thing was she didn't enjoy most of her baked goods, she just loved sharing them with everyone. Crocheting was another one of her talents and everyone of her children and grandchildren have one of her handmade blankets. If she hadn't lost her sight, I know her great grandchildren would have one too! 

Angie is survived by her three children Patricia Neill, Dianne Susi & Anthony Porreca, Jr, their spouses Wayne Neill, Claudio Susi and Anthony's soon to be spouse Marcy Oswald. Her grandchildren, Melissa, Joe, Nicole, Natalie, Kelly, Mike, Christopher, Bridget, Ginaleigh and AJ and her great grandchildren, Christian, Justin, Chase, Noah, Grayson & Ryan.
