Alba Cristina de Abreu Brito

Alba Cristina de Abreu Brito, 49, of Exton, passed away Friday, May 15, 2020 in her residence.  She was the wife of Gilberto Henn.  Born in Fortaleza, Brazil, she was a daughter of Jose Wilson Brito and Antonieta Coelho Abreu. Alba was a wonderful and loving wife and mother. She taught many things to her sons, including how to read in English and Portuguese before they were 3 years old. Alba was passionate about languages, of which she learned many. In addition to Portuguese, which was her mother language, she dedicated herself to learn English and became an English teacher in Brazil. She had a bachelor’s degree in translation. She studied English and French in college, and learned German during the five years she lived in Germany. She was quite a perfectionist and always paid attention to the details of grammar and pronunciation. Alba loved to travel and got to know many places and cultures. She had the opportunity to go around the world and influenced this wonderful pastime to her husband and sons. Alba found great joy in the time spent with her friends in which she loved so much.   In addition to her husband, Alba is survived by her sons:  Gabriel Brito Henn and Guilherme Brito Henn;  her sister, Rossana Brose and her brother, Homero Brito.  Services and interment private at the convenience of the family.
