Dear Walter, Mara, Christopher, Gregory, Kathryn, and Sean,
I am deeply sorry to read of your dear father's passing. He and your mom were always "Walt & Patsy" to all of our family, and they always were very warm and kind ro myself and my parents (especially after my father died. They are together again in God's hands. My thoughts and prayers are with you always. With the very warmest regards now and always...

I have never met Walter, but he was remembered well as my wife bought a PRR plaque from him with a rail spike attached to it. I was told this was hand made. Being a railroad man myself I have always enjoyed this plaque. I guess this had to be at least 30 years ago. I have seen this plaque everyday since I received it from my wife. Today I turned it over and looked up Walter name and found his site. I am so sorry to hear about your loss. Walter has given me many years of pleasure and knowing it was hand made as well by Walter. I am sorry about the second candle as I spelled my name wrong in the first one.
