Joseph William Bittner

Joseph W. Bittner, age 74, of West Chester, PA passed away Thursday, November 29, 2018 at his home. He was the loving husband of Ann “Wheezer” Dougherty Bittner, with whom he shared 39 years of marriage. Born in Chester, PA he was the son of the late Charles and Kathleen Bittner.
Joe was a 1962 graduate of St. James High School in Chester, PA. An avid golfer, Joe was previously a member of Broad Run Golfers Club in West Chester, PA. He is survived by his three children: daughter Stacey McDonough of White Plains, NY, son Greg Bittner (Melissa) of Wilmington, NC, and daughter Kathleen Marano (Dan) of Perkasie, PA. Grandchildren Colin McDonough, Ryan McDonough, and Maeve Marano. He is also survived by his brothers: Charles Bittner (Bob), John “Jake” Bittner (Marcia) and Harry Bittner (Mary).

A Visitation 1-2:00 PM followed by a Memorial Service at 2:00 PM will be held on Saturday, December 15, 2018 at Logan Funeral Home, 698 E Lincoln Highway, Exton, PA 19341.
