Charles A. Dougherty, Sr., on June 3, 2018, age 86, of Schuylkill.  Army Veteran.  Long time Fairmount Park employee.  Beloved husband of the late Mary (nee Wilson) Dougherty.  Loving father of Kate (Robert) Lapszynski, Charles A. (Terri Lynn) Dougherty, Jr., Edward Dougherty and Terri (Ed) Ebner.  Grandfather of Brynn, Allison, Leah, Cassaundra, Victoria, Sarah and Jeffrey.  Also survived by 3 Great-grandchildren.  Brother of the late Theresa Swierczynski, Joseph and Florence Dougherty.  Also survived by several nieces and nephews.  Relatives and friends are invited to attend his Funeral Mass Friday 10:30 AM at St. Patrick’s Church, 20th & Locust Sts., Phila., Pa 19103, where friends may call from 9:00 AM to 10:15 AM at the church.  Interment Holy Cross Cemetery.  Friends may also call Thursday Evening from 6:00 to 8:00 PM at St. Patrick’s Church.  In lieu of flowers family prefers contributions to St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis TN 38105
