Catherine (Fellin) Potance

Catherine Potance, age  90 of Exton PA passed away January 24, 2018. Catherine was born in Hazleton, PA and was a graduate of Hazleton High School Class of 1945 and the Hazleton State General Hospital School of Nursing, Class of 1948.  She was a member of Our Lady of Mount Carmel parish in Hazleton.  She worked as an RN at the Hazleton General Hospital until her retirement in 1985.  Catherine has lived in Exton for the past 21 years.

 She is survived by her loving husband of 66 years, William Potance; daughter Jane (James) Anderson; grandsons, Michael and Thomas Anderson.  Sister, Mary Serock and numerous nieces and nephews.  Preceeded in death by, parents Bartol and Susan (Sobeck) Fellin.  Siblings, Bartol Fellin Jr, Albert Fellin, Rita Zelloe.  Relatives and friends are invited to her mass of Christian Burial 10:30 A.M.  Mon., Jan. 29, 2018 at Ss Philip & James Church, corner of Ship Rd. & Rt. 30/E. Lincoln Hwy, Exton, PA 19341 where friends may also call 9:30-10:15 A.M. at the church.   Interment will take place Calvary Cemetery in Drums, PA at a later date.  In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Ss Philip & James Church, 107 N. Ship Rd., Exton, PA 19341 or the charity of your choice.
