Anne Marie (Kelly) Boemer

Anne (nee Kelly) Boemer, of West Chester, PA and formerly of Drexel Hill, PA, passed away on September 6, 2018 at the age of 92.   Loving  wife  of 56 years  to the late   Carl J. Boemer.  Anne was a faithful daughter to her parents Thomas J. and Ellen B. (nee O'Brien) Kelly.   Beloved  mother  of   Christine Smith (Terence), Carl Brien,  Francine Lichtenstein (Alan),  M. Curtis (Teresa),  T.  Gary  (Melissa) ,  C.  Todd (Lauren),  R.  Scott (James), and Carlee Anne; "Grammy"  to Martin  (Shelia) , Andrew  (Abbey) , Adam  ( Karina) , Christopher, Eric (Aysa), Kelsey (Francis), Kerry, Alyssa, and great-grandsons Christopher Todd III and Brian Curtis. Long-time companion to her faithful friend, Smokey. Her cat was there for her all hours of the day and at her end. He gave her much joy. While being a dedicated mother to a large family and caring for her parents, Anne stopped working for a salary, but threw her high energy into countless hours of volunteer work for every school her children attended as well as St. Dorothy's Church in Drexel Hill.  Relatives and friends are invited to attend her viewing at the Logan Funeral Home, 698 E. Lincoln Highway (corner of Route 30 & Ship Road) in Exton, PA 19341 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM on Thursday, September 13, 2018. Funeral Mass will be held to celebrate the life of Anne on Friday, Sept. 14th at 11:30 AM at SS. Peter and Paul Church, 1315 Boot Road (1/4 mile from Route 202) in West Chester, PA 19380. 
In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made in Anne 's name to the scholarship fund of SS Peter & Paul school, or St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, (501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105).
