Patricia Ann (Whitby) O'Sullivan

Patricia Ann "Pat" (nee Whitby) O'Sullivan of Punta Gorda, FL and formerly of West Chester passed away on April 17, 2016.  Pat loved her family and spending   time in Florida as well as shopping, QVC, Bingo and the casinos.  Retired employee of General Motors. 

Beloved wife of 61 years to the late Frank O'Sullivan.  Loving mother of Karen O'Sullivan Fisher of Phoenixville, Frank (Mary Ann) O'Sullivan of Downingtown, Jeff (Eileen) O'Sullivan of Mays Landing, NJ,  Steve (Mary) O'Sullivan of Somers Point, NJ, and the late Pat Almond.  Mother-in-law of Ron Almond.  Nanny and the Manny to 12 Grandchildren and 9 Great-Grandchildren.  Sister of Louis Semler and the late Joseph Whitby.

Funeral Mass: Thursday at 11:00 AM at St. Ann's Catholic Church, 502 South Main St., Phoenixville, PA 19460.

Visitation:  Thursday from 9:15 to 10:45 AM at St. Ann's church prior to the mass.

Interment: St. Ann's Cemetery.
