In lieu of flowers, donations for Owen and Gwen can be made at  https://www.gofundme.com/mattparker2016.  Additionally, Penn Law has established a wonderful Matthew S. Parker LLM Student Fund.  Matt’s legacy is the admission and support of thousands of international lawyers who study US Law at Penn. He was highly regarded by so many students and thoroughly appreciated the  everlasting relationships he made with them.   The Parker Fund:  https://giving.apps.upenn.edu/giving/jsp/fast.do?program=LAW&fund=603901&bhcp=1   will allow critical support in situations where LLM students experience difficulty, because of instability in their homelands or currencies, unexpected losses while at Penn, family matters or other interpersonal concerns.  The fund will be administered according to Matt’s high-standards of care for our international students.
