John "Jay" Rogers, Jr.

John “Jay” Rogers, Jr., of Yeadon, PA, passed away peacefully on March 2, 2016 at the age of 52.   36  year member of the member of the Yeadon Fire Department Company.  Also a member of the Briarcliff Fire Department.  Yeadon High class of 1981.  Jay worked as an independent courier.  Long time member of the Yeadon bowling league.

Loving  son of John and Norma H. (nee Emma) Rogers.  Brother of Maria (Bill) Miller and Jana (Dave) McKee.  Uncle of Tracy Miller.

Funeral Service:  Wednesday 11:00 AM at the Logan Funeral Home, 57 South Eagle Rd., Havertown, PA 19083.

Visitation:  Tuesday Evening from 7:00 to 9:00 PM at the Funeral Home as well as 10:00 to 10:45 AM Wednesday morning.

Interment is private.

In lieu of flowers family prefers contributions to the Yeadon Fire Company, 600 Church Lane, Yeadon, PA 19050.
